We will also learn the relationships this individual will have with other key managers, customers, suppliers and process owners.

We reach a clear understanding of the role, responsibilities and accountabilities of this position. The key work experiences, training, competencies, education and style the candidate must bring to the client's organization are identified. The key cultural values of the client are incorporated. These candidate requirements will include current business needs and future business growth.

Potential candidates are identified, contacted ,and assessed in personal interviews, against the position requirements. Preliminary reference checks are performed. The client is presented with preliminary data on candidates to confirm that the search process is on track.

A thorough, confidential report is submitted on each final candidate. This detailed report includes the candidate's experience, education and accomplishments. We also make an assessment of cultural fit. A thorough reference check is performed on the final candidates.

Once the client selects the candidate, we assist the client in negotiating and structuring compensation packages that will result in a successful search. During these discussions, we insure that candidate expectations and long-term interests are in alignment with those of the client.
