William D. Crean
Bill Crean is a native of Yonkers, New
York, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from
Iona College in 1965, and a Master of Arts in Industrial
and Labor Relations in 1966 from St. Francis College in
Pennsylvania. Bill served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to
1969. He was stationed at the Pentagon and served at the
White House as a Social Aide.
After leaving the Army in 1969, Bill
started with Celanese Corporation as a Compensation Analyst.
He also served as a Labor Relations Representative and
Personnel Supervisor, both in New York and in South Carolina.
In 1972, he moved to Michigan and joined Universal Oil
Products as Supervisor of Employee/Community Relations
and was promoted to Personnel Director of the Johnson
Division in Minnesota.
In 1976, Bill joined Baxter International/Hyland
Laboratories in California. After three years, he moved
to American Hospital Supply Corporation as Personnel Director
for Edwards Pacemaker. Bill served as Personnel
Director-Puerto Rico from 1980 to 1982. He was then promoted
to Vice President of Human Resources for Americans
Bio-Science Laboratories. Bill joined Hybritech, a subsidiary
of Eli Lilly in San Diego, as Vice President of Human
Resources in 1985. In 1988, Bill introduced Team Excellence,
Hybritechs quality process.
In February 1994, Bill was appointed
Vice President Target: Excellence for Citizens Utilities,
headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. In July 1996,
Bill started an Executive Search firm. In February
1997,
Bill was appointed to serve as a Malcolm Baldrige National
Quality Award Examiner (1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000).
Bill was the co-chairperson for the
San Diego Leukemia Society Televent in 1990 and was
on their
board of directors from 1986 to 1994. Bill was also a
board member of the La Jolla YMCA from 1984 to 1994.
Bill is currently on the Sacred Heart High School Board
of Directors in Yonkers, NY. He
is a leader in the Institute of Quality and Productivity.
Bill is the father of four boys and an avid skier.

George E. Everett
George Everett, is a twenty-five HR year
professional specializing in global organizational development,
compensation policies/practices, benefits management,
and executive and professional level recruitment and staffing.
George provides a global perspective to the staffing needs
of organizations focused on expansion into new markets.
George brings to the table significant
information technology, and a service company based domestic
and international human resource management experience
with a view towards a successful business partnership
to identify and translate business needs and issues into
effective strategies to contribute to improve a company's
success. This expertise is from extensive experience with
multinational firms and international assignments with
Dun & Bradstreet, McCormick & Dodge, Scitex America
Corporation, and Automatic Data Processing.
Having managed both domestic and international
human resource functions, George has lived in Europe as
an expatriate with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. George
has developed a depth and breath of perspective for the
management of the human resource function in today's fast
paced business environment.
George is also well versed in the human
resource challenges of mergers, restructures, re-engineering,
and other fast growth environments facing the global market.
George has planned and implemented creative, efficiency
solutions demonstrating significant cycle time reductions
and cost savings.
George possesses a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration from the University
of Hartford.

Christopher D. Solano
Chris Solano joined Crean & Everett
as a Search Consultant in June 2002, with a primary focus
in the areas of recruitment and research. He is currently
pursuing a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology
at Alliant International University, San Diego.
Chris has significant experience in the
retail industry, where he spent several years facilitating
the training and development of new and current employees.
More recently he gained experience within the health care
industry where he worked as a patient counselor. He has
also managed a number of projects involving Organizational
Assessment and Diagnosis, Process Improvement Implementation,
Personnel Selection, and Reward System Development. Chris
has a specific interest in diversity, and he approaches
all of his work with a multicultural perspective.
Chris holds a B.A. in Psychology with
a minor in Sociology from California State University,
Fullerton.

Wendy Graham
Wendy Graham has been an HR Consultant
for Crean and Everett since early 2001. She has several
years of Human Resources experience in a wide range of
areas. Her primary focus has been in Recruiting and Staffing.
However, she is also a DDI certifiied trainer for Targeted
Selection behavior based interviewing and has had experience
in training and development, employee relations, HRIS,
employee benefits and compensation. Prior to her position
with Crean & Everett International, Wendy worked as
a Recruiting and Staffing Consultant at Unisys Corporation
for four years.
Wendy has a Bachelors degree in
Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Human
Resources Professional Certificate from UCSD Extension.

Faye Rivkin
Faye Rivkin has been a consultant with
Crean & Everett since May 2000. In that time she has
managed a number of projects in Employee Relations, Recruiting
and Compensation.
Prior to that Ms. Rivkin set up and managed
an HR Call Center for BOC Gases in Central New Jersey.
Fayes background is focused on HR in a technology
environment.
Faye has a BS in Chemistry from the University
of Delaware. She has taken a number of advanced courses
in Human Resources and Project Management.

Erica Volpe, M.S.
Erica grew up in Columbus, Ohio, where she attended school at Otterbein
College. She graduated in three years, receiving her B.A. in Psychology
with a concentration in Industrial/ Organizational Psych. She spent
those few years working as an Experienced Therapist for children with
autism. Her dedicated work with children resulted in a presentation at
the MPA conference, publications, and a medal of ‘Distinction’ for her
Senior Thesis. In the fall of 2004 she moved to San Diego to pursue her
studies in the field of I/O Psychology at the Marshall Goldsmith School
of Management (Alliant International University). Throughout her time
at Alliant, she has interned at ‘Organized Change Consultancy’, worked
for the Program Director of the Organizational Psychology Department,
and has been elected for several prestigious positions on many of the
school’s boards/committees. In 2006 she obtained an M.S. in I/O Psych
and is currently working toward her doctorate with the hopes of
furthering her career in the field of executive search, selection,
derailment, and development.
